FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to the questions that matter

A straightforward guide to how Sowora works, how your information is handled, pricing, payments, and support.

01

What is Sowora?

Sowora is a personal finance organization and budgeting app designed to help you bring financial information together, organize it, and understand your overall financial picture more clearly.

02

Who is Sowora for?

Sowora is designed for individuals who want a clearer way to organize and review their personal financial information, including income, expenses, accounts, cards, loans, savings, and related financial information.

03

How does Sowora work?

You can enter and organize financial information in Sowora and, where supported, upload financial statements for processing. Sowora can then help organize the resulting information and provide summaries and financial insights within the app.

04

Can I upload my bank or financial statement?

Yes. Sowora currently supports uploading financial statements in PDF format for document processing and extraction. Different institutions can generate PDFs in different layouts, so extraction results may not always be perfect and should be reviewed before relying on them.

05

What happens to an uploaded PDF?

An uploaded PDF is processed temporarily by Sowora's document-processing service. The file is stored temporarily on the server while processing takes place and the temporary processing directory is removed after processing completes. Financial information extracted from the document may be stored if you keep or save it in Sowora.

06

Is my financial data private?

Sowora is designed with privacy and security in mind. Access to financial information is scoped to the signed-in account, and the application uses authentication controls, protected connections, database access controls, security headers, and safeguards around document processing. No system can guarantee absolute security.

07

Does Sowora sell my financial information?

No. Sowora does not sell your personal or financial information.

08

Does Sowora currently use AI or an LLM?

No. Sowora does not currently use an AI or large language model to process your financial information. If this changes in the future, the relevant data-processing practices and privacy information will be reviewed and updated before introducing the feature.

09

Can I edit or delete my financial information?

Sowora provides controls for managing financial information within the app. If you need help with deletion of account-associated information, you can contact support at support.sowora@gmail.com. Deletion requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and any information that may be required to be retained.

10

Can I delete my Sowora account?

There is currently no self-service account deletion button. You can request deletion of your Sowora account and associated personal data by contacting support.sowora@gmail.com. We may need to verify your account before processing the request.

11

How much does Sowora cost?

The current offering is ₹99 for one-time access to Sowora.

12

Is the ₹99 payment a subscription?

No. The current Sowora offering is intended as one-time access. There is currently no recurring subscription or automatic renewal associated with this offering.

13

What if I have a payment or access problem?

If you complete a payment but cannot access Sowora because of a technical problem, contact support.sowora@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and work to restore access where appropriate.

14

How do I request a refund?

Email support.sowora@gmail.com with your Sowora account email, approximate payment date, transaction or payment reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVV numbers, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials by email. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

15
